I sometimes cannot think of what to do next as I sit down behind my desk at work - there is too much and it is all overwhelming - but with a list in hand you start at the top, do the first thing on the list and then the next and the next until nothing is left.
As a young student I once had a wish list of things to do before you die. I have no idea what happened to that list, I don't have it anymore and I only have vague recollections of what was on it back then. A visit to Paris was one, and learning French - both of which I did, but there was also writing a book, and learning to fly - neither of which I have done so far.
Starting today I am making a new list, five things a day, until I have 100:
1. Write a book
2. Take a photograph that I like enough to print on a large canvas
3. Practice yoga
4. Learn to play the violin
5. Make wine
